Recoloring The Nature

"ART IS LINE AROUND YOUR THOUGHTS - Gustav Klimpt"

From the name, you must have been guessed till now that what I am going to write about. Yes, take the exact meaning of the title and that is what I have done and wanted to share with you all to make your moment a bit colorful.

Already it's 2022 and nature has shown us many attributes of it from the last couple of years and every one of us is facing it both mentally and physically. Due to this crisis, everyone must have figured out that Immunity is the key and it plays a very important role during such a pandemic. Nature has shown that Darwins’s statement Survival of the fittest was true. Indeed, the more fitter the individual has more chances of surviving in the pandemic. These days both mental and physical health is important and we generally try to do workouts to maintain our physical state in balance and less focus on mental (inner)health. To do that you do not need to do Yogasana or harsh core meditation. By simply including little habits in your day-to-day schedule can also be done.

When we were at our junior college we usually heard that (from society or our own parents) that Branch Arts is at the lowest in education’s hierarchy, follow up by branch Commerce and then Science. Being a Science student even I always used to think or see field Arts down to me or low-grade students take Arts. After maturity hitting me hard, I now bet you and says All the fields or all the branch any thing which is socially and ethically correct to the man kind or to the society are equally important. Rather branch Arts has so much to give to the society, FIne arts, Plays, Cinemas, Entertainment, Music, Photography, Geography, History, and the list goes on.

Being a right-brainer means My right brain is more active I feel than the left one. The RIght lobe is usually for creative kinds of stuff. I have always liked to draw or paint something since childhood. I feel once an artist forever an artist. Even now I follow this small passion of mine of creating some small art not daily but usually.

I am a morning star and also a night owl both. I usually get up early in the morning ( before sunrise) and go for walk. One fine Sunday, I woke up a bit late ( as it was Sunday) and decided to go for walk. While going I have seen a watercolor box on a table and I simply put that in the pocket. I was not sure where and what I am going to paint without water and without page. It was a winter morning and Bella was with me. ( Actually due to Bella my percentage of going for walk has increased, thanks to her).

While going back in my mind I was thinking about what and where should I paint today. Then I saw a dry leaf, that is where my neurons hit hard at the synapse, and painting something on the dry leaf has been decided. So, as going further I started looking for more such leaves of various colors and various shapes. I also collected one stone just to give it a try. Now the second thing I needed was the water for water colors. As it was chilly winter morning, the water has been rejuvinated at the surface of the leaves and the dew on the grass. I found a coconut shell and thought of collecting as much as this leaf water as possible. Finally, I reached the spot ( I randomly walk around, as our backyard has hectares of empty beautiful grassland patches with some man-made ponds) Although, I sat near one of such ponds but did not want to get water from it.

By now I had water around 1 ml Dew water and Pages or leaves to draw on, now the question was what to draw. I usually follow my mind while drawing anything that comes to mind at that particular time. Drawing and coloring is a kind of meditation I feel. You completely focus on colors and paints. It is not necessary whether it should be correct in the form or aesthetically but you try your best to make it perfect in your own way, and one does not need any kind of art background of arts earlier. I think every human must try painting anything they feel good about. It definitely helps to make positive changes in your brain and wisely helps you in your day-to-day life exactly like a meditation. Sitting in nature's vibes and involving completely in your art helps your brain to secrete certain kind of chemicals which is good for your body.  I was not sure what I am going to draw on these leaves and stones until I used to pick them up and start drawing spontaneously. Certain things keep in your mind and I think your unconscious mind puts it in the front while drawing it. Like, here I have seen Senacio SPS. flower while going and my background mind has captured it so hard that I started drawing with it on my first try. Well, for the next 15-20 minutes I was completely involved in my art and I was trying to recolor nature with my small efforts of painting. After finishing you kind feel a sense of peace in your inner mind, you feel relaxed and satisfied. That I cannot explain in words you by yourself have to experience it on your own.

I encouraged everyone to please spare a 15 minutes of your time and start drawing or painting anything which your mind says you to paint, I am sure you will be satisfied and kind after involving in that art.  Evern Bella was excited what I have done for last 15 minutes and she so desperately wanted to see and sniff that. ( Picture below) .

(PS - I was not sure about difference between male and female in Varli Painting, I googled and found that Female has hair tied on the top of the head, which I haven't shown in my painting)

;-)

Make sure your right brain has more work......  :-)
